We pledged to make a $10 donation to one of four chosen charities for every survey you submitted. Employees could choose whether their donation went to Conservation International, SOS Children’s Villages, Women’s World Banking, or International Crisis Group. Almost $40,000 was raised in total.

Rather than choosing one charity to receive the entire donation, we wanted to give our people the opportunity to select a charity working on an issue that is personally important to them.

These charities offered a wide range of issues to choose from, including conservation, children’s rights, women’s economic empowerment, and conflict prevention.

Additionally, we picked charities that are longstanding pro bono clients of the Firm.

The survey itself is an invaluable way for us to find out what you think is working and where we could improve. Your feedback will help shape our long term future and help make the Firm an even better place to work.

Every office in our network achieved at least 50% completion, with eight offices reaching 100%.

The leadership team will now review the feedback and share findings and actions in due course.
